Our mission is to be an organization with premier leadership and character development that benefits our members all throughout their lives. Our goal is to create leaders who are devoted to improving the school, community, and their own character. The Sigma Chi Fraternity is able to provide enormous value by enhancing the college experience and assisting each of its members on their lifelong path in the pursuit of these values. We want to help our brothers grow into morally upright, loving fathers, professionals, and community leaders. At Rutgers University, members of Sigma Chi practice these values daily that reflect our Jordan Standard.
